Dr. James E Graham, PhD, DC, FACRM is a professor and health services researcher at Colorado State University Department of Occupational Therapy and the director of the Colorado State University Center for Community Partnerships. His current research focuses on the factors affecting variability in health and functional outcomes. He is particularly interested in the hierarchy of health determinants and how attributes from different levels (i.e. person-level, provider-level, and community- or system-level) influence the health and functional independence of individuals and populations.
