Community Grant Announcement

MINDSOURCE Brain Injury Network is excited to announce the opening of our 2025 Community Grant! The grant application will be open throughout the month of February. 
You can find complete information in the Fiscal Year 2026 Community Grant Announcement.

Applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Community Grant are due on February 28th at 5:00pm. All grants must be submitted here and include an attached budget in the approved budget spreadsheet.

Now Recruiting for the Trust Fund Board and Advisory Council

Are you interested in getting involved with MINDSOURCE and our efforts throughout Colorado to improve the lives of individuals with brain injuries? We are currently seeking individuals to join the Colorado Brain Injury Trust Fund and the Colorado Advisory Council on Brain Injuries. Please consider joining us!

Applications for the Brain Injury Trust Fund Board can be submitted via the Boards and Commissions Application Form; simply search for the Brain Injury Trust Fund Board. For the Colorado Advisory Council on Brain Injuries, applications can be submitted using this Google Form. If you need help filling out an application, contact us.

MINDSOURCE uses the Online Brain Injury Screening and Support System (OBISSS) to help people uncover a potential history of brain injuries, and provides users with individualized strategies for bothersome symptoms. If you are a Colorado resident, you can access the OBISSS by using subscriber code c123. If you’re looking for client services, contact the Brain Injury Association of Colorado to learn more about how they can help.
