Services for individuals with brain injury are delivered through a contractor, the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado (BIAC). This webpage shows the required monthly data reported to MINDSOURCE for the FY 24-25 contract year (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025). The annual reports will be submitted in fall of 2025 and will be posted here: https://mindsourcecolorado.org/clients-families/.
BIAC has multiple services for individuals with a brain injury, some of which are beyond the scope of the contract with MINDSOURCE: Resource Navigation, Self-management, Classes & Workshops, Education Consultation for Youth, Support Groups, Recreation/Social Programs, and Peer Mentorship.
