
Tobin Wright received his MS and BA degrees in Psychology. He is a retired Chief Probation Officer with the Colorado Judicial Branch, where he assisted in the development of the TBI protocol used within the criminal justice system. Tobin remains involved with the criminal justice population, currently facilitating cognitive therapy treatment groups part-time at a community corrections facility and assisting in the continued use of the TBI protocol. Tobin has spent 35 years working with and within the criminal justice system in various capacities, including a psychologist at a juvenile correctional facility, a forensic counselor at a sexual predator treatment program, and Director of various community corrections programs. Throughout those years Tobin has served on various state and local boards associated with the creation and improvement of treatment programming within criminal justice settings and populations.
