Dr. Jennifer Medina is a clinical neuropsychologist offering neuropsychological assessment and psychotherapy services for adults experiencing cognitive, neurological, and psychiatric diagnoses. Dr. Medina received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology in 2009 from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and completed a 2-year fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Medina was clinical faculty in a cognitive neurology clinic at Northwestern prior to moving to Denver in 2015. She owned a multi-disciplinary group private practice for 6 years before transitioning to the community mental health setting.  In addition to a background in aging and dementia, Dr. Medina’s clinical services are heavily focused on working with adults with acquired brain injury, including teaching mindfulness to survivors and family members at the Brain Injury Association of Colorado.
