Latoya Mize is a Denver Native and currently works as the Crime Victim Compensation Administrator for the 2nd judicial district. Latoya has dedicated her career to working with populations who have been marginalized and underserved, while being a voice for those who feel unheard. Latoya’s experience includes working in Child Welfare and Victim Advocacy. Latoya is particularly passionate about bringing awareness to Traumatic Brain Injuries that occur from Intimate Partner Violence.
Latoya has a Master’s in Criminology from the University of Colorado at Denver. In addition to her advocacy work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling.
