MINDSOURCE, in collaboration with partners at the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado (BIAC), are together instituting a change in case management from a one-size-fits-all model to a tailored, customizable approach that better equips clients to tackle the challenges associated with brain injury. The new case management program will better serve BIAC’s mission of facilitating the lifelong growth of Coloradans affected by an injury to the brain through guidance, resources, support and education. The new model, which will be fully implemented as of July 1, 2018, streamlines the initial application and paperwork process for more on-demand, timelier service provision and individualized interventions.
